File processing
FileNexa image tools process files inside your browser on your device. File contents, file names and generated results are not sent to or stored on the FileNexa server.
Anonymous operational counters
After processing, only the tool name, success or failure status, and page language are sent to an administrative counter. Our application does not store IP addresses, file names or file contents in usage statistics. To prevent bulk submissions, a one-way identifier derived from the IP address is retained in a MySQL security table. Expired records are removed on subsequent activity, while running the cleanup script as a daily Cron Job guarantees traffic-independent deletion. The hosting provider may retain standard HTTP request logs under its own configuration.
Browser storage
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in browser Local Storage. The public site does not create account or advertising-tracking cookies. The administration panel has its own essential, secure session cookie.
Third-party services
This release does not load third-party fonts, analytics scripts or advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated before activation.
Security and limitations
The actual file type and size are checked before processing, but no software can promise absolute security. Your original remains unchanged, and you are responsible for keeping suitable backups.
Terms of use
Tools are provided without a guarantee of a particular result. Use the site only for files you have the right to process, and verify output before deleting an original.
